1. No Refund Policy

Once a service is purchased, subscription is activated, booking is confirmed, or transaction is successfully completed on the Platform, the purchase shall be deemed final.

No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided for:

  • Completed service purchases

  • Digital products or downloadable materials

  • Subscription fees

  • Consultation or booking fees

  • Service packages already initiated or delivered


2. Exceptions for Refunds

Refunds may only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

Payment Failure / Duplicate Transactions

A refund may be processed if:

  • Payment is successfully debited from your account but service activation/order confirmation is not completed due to a system failure

  • Duplicate payment is charged for the same transaction

Technical Errors

Refund requests may be reviewed where:

  • Platform technical malfunction prevents delivery or activation of purchased service

  • Transaction errors caused by payment gateway or platform infrastructure issues

All such cases are subject to internal verification and approval by the Platform Owner.


3. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved after review:

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method/account only

  • Processing timeline: 7–14 business days, depending on bank/payment gateway processing timelines

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.


4. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel future subscriptions or recurring services (if applicable) as per service-specific terms.

However:

  • Cancellation does not guarantee refund eligibility

  • Already processed or active service orders remain non-refundable
